The skill `quacker-react` was retired (PR #244/#245). Remove the now-stale references that still present it as an existing/active skill, in these files ONLY:

1. `.claude/skills/quacker-usage/SKILL.md` — delete the table row whose first cell is `quacker-react` (the "届いた channel event 1 件 / 即時 triage" row). Remove the whole row line.
2. `.claude/skills/quacker-suggest/SKILL.md` — in the "既存 skill:" sentence, remove the `quacker-react`(channel event 即時 triage) item from the inline list, keeping the other skills and leaving the sentence grammatical (fix surrounding ` / ` separators).
3. `.claude/skills/quacker-organize/SKILL.md` — in the "既存 skill:" sentence, remove the `quacker-react`(...) item from the inline list, keeping the rest grammatical.
4. `.claude/skills/quacker-usage/post-style.md` — in the "dev-work skill(...)" parenthetical list, remove `quacker-react`, keeping the rest grammatical.

DO NOT change:
- `.claude/skills/quacker-usage/workflows.md` around line 121 — it intentionally records that quacker-react was 廃止 (a legitimate historical note); leave it exactly as-is.
- Any file under `.claude/worktrees/` (those are other branches' checkouts).
- Any skill-count numbers or any other content.

This is a mechanical docs-hygiene sweep. Edit only the four files listed above, and only to drop the stale `quacker-react` references.
