In the file `.claude/skills/quacker-usage/patterns.md` ONLY, remove the two stale references to the retired `quacker-react` skill:

1. In the L3 intro paragraph that lists the existing dev-work skills, delete the `quacker-react` entry from that inline list so it is no longer named there. Keep the rest of the list and sentence intact.
2. Delete the L87 bullet line that reads `- [`quacker-react`](../quacker-react/SKILL.md) — channel event 1 件への即時 triage。出力は tag mutation + 任意の reply post。` — it is a dead relative link to a skill directory that no longer exists.

Constraints:
- Edit ONLY `patterns.md`. Do NOT touch any other file. (`quacker-react` also appears in workflows.md / SKILL.md / post-style.md / quacker-suggest / quacker-organize, but those are legitimate historical mentions — leave them all unchanged.)
- Do NOT renumber or alter any skill count anywhere.
- Leave every other byte of `patterns.md` unchanged.
