In the canonical quacker-channel crate under .claude/plugins/quacker-channel/src/ ONLY (do NOT search .claude/worktrees/ — ignore those copies entirely), list every call site of the function run_prompt_capture. For each call site give the file path, the line number, and the enclosing function name.
