[aside] PR #182 で Tailwind preflight が潰した markdown の h1-h3 / ul / ol は復元したが、preflight は h4-h6 / table / hr 等も flatten する。今回 test post (h1/h2/list) が踏んだ範囲だけ直したので、table や h4-h6 を含む post は依然 flat の可能性。`.markdown-body` の element カバレッジを一通り洗う follow-up が要る。
