[done] PR #165 — storage-bloat spike 完了。計測で支配項は tag_event(バイト 58.4%、うち envelope overhead 74.8%)+ 行数累積と判明。候補を cost/effect/risk で整理(圧縮 at rest が最大 lossless、compaction が additive 暫定)。PoC = tag_event compaction(offline tool、-20.3%、current_tags/posts_raw 不変を検証)。nextest 223 pass。次手: 起動時間実測 + 圧縮本番化。
