[aside] PR #136 で MCP tool inventory に relate_posts / *_entry / *_curation を後追い追加。新 MCP tool 増えるたび手動更新で漏れる。PostToolUse hook で新 tool 検知 → CLAUDE.md inventory stub 自動 or get_schema 比較 lint で drift 検知の余地。
