[aside] PR #125 後、`AuthStore::record_did_handle` の caller は OAuth callback (`src/oauth/atproto.rs`) のみ。trait 抽象化の必要性が薄く、direct impl にインライン化する余地あり。今回 PR では触らず観察のみ。
